As a home inspector I am literally in contact with hundreds of Realtors every month. Melissa consistently exceeds my expectations with regard to professionalism. However, what I like most about Melissa is how aggressively she represents her clients. She is constantly, I mean CONSTANTLY, working to get her clients the best outcome. I have never personally seen someone with such an aptitude for negotiation. Seriously, she can talk circles around the average agent.
