- An expert in your communities that you represent. Besides extensive knowledge of your community, the agent must also understand different home types, market conditions, value statistics, cost of living, and local property regulations.
- The agent is guaranteed ranked in the high percentile in their local board and not anyone generic. Melissa will ensure that the client will be taken care of by a referred agent who meets very specific criteria and is extremely knowledgeable in the chosen area.
- Must be a licensed agent with the local Realtor Association and MLS.
- Active in community involvement or knowledge including different types of clubs and activities offered in your neighborhood.
